Family, food, tradition — and a whole lot of laughter.

We didn’t start with a restaurant.

We started with a food truck, a small fryer, a few salads, and a dream that felt bigger than us.

Then you showed up.

You waited in line. You came back. You told your friends. You trusted us with your meals, your holidays, and your celebrations. And suddenly, this wasn’t just a business — it became a family project with a community behind it.

Our kitchen is loud.
There are opinions.
There is tasting.
There is laughter.
Sometimes all at once.

But underneath the noise is something very deep and very intentional.

Yossef’s Laffa-milia is built on family recipes, Israeli culture, and a love for food that brings people together. The flavors you taste are the flavors we grew up with — food from Shabbat tables, holidays, street corners in Israel, and long family meals where everyone stayed a little too long.

Yossef brings an old soul and a deep respect for tradition. His falafel, hummus, and foundations are rooted in the way things have always been done — patiently, thoughtfully, and without shortcuts.

Hana brings warmth, intuition, and the kind of cooking you can’t write down in a recipe. Her food is guided by feeling, memory, and love — the kind that tastes like home no matter where you’re from.

Alona brings vision, creativity, and the drive to take what was passed down and carry it forward — honoring tradition while allowing the menu to grow, evolve, and tell new stories through global inspiration.

Together, we cook the way we were raised:
Generously.
Intentionally.
With pride in where we come from and excitement for where we’re going.

Our food is inspired by Israel — not just as a place, but as a feeling.
It’s street food and home food.
Simple plates and layered flavors.
Old recipes and new ideas.

We believe food should feel welcoming. That there should be something for everyone at the table. That eating well doesn’t have to be complicated — it just has to be real.

Thank you for being part of our story. We can’t wait to keep telling it — one bite at a time.
